Using PixelSkein
By using PixelSkein, you agree to these terms. PixelSkein provides a browser-based tool that converts images into craft patterns and material estimates.
Your images and rights
You keep all rights you already have in images you use with PixelSkein. Only use images you own or have permission to use. The current tool processes images locally and does not receive ownership of your photo or generated pattern.
Acceptable use
Do not use PixelSkein to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to introduce harmful code.
Pattern and color accuracy
Patterns, color matches, bead counts, and board estimates are generated aids. Physical bead colors can vary by lighting, display calibration, and manufacturing batch. Review the pattern and material list before buying supplies or starting a project.
Availability
PixelSkein may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided as available, without a promise that every image, browser, or device will produce an identical result.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PixelSkein is not responsible for indirect losses, wasted materials, or project results arising from reliance on generated patterns or estimates. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Brand names
PixelSkein is independent and is not affiliated with Perler. Product and color names are used only to identify compatible craft materials.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. An operator contact address and governing-law information will be added before public launch.
